Counseling
a safe space for kids and teens to be heard
When Counseling Might help
Maybe this sounds familiar…
Your child is worried all the time. They’ve been quieter since a sibling’s hospitalization. Or maybe grief, sadness, or big life changes feel too heavy to carry alone.
Counseling can be especially helpful when a child is:
Grieving the death of a parent, sibling, or loved one
Feeling anxious or worried because of illness, stress, or change
Impacted by a sibling’s diagnosis or hospitalization
Struggling to adjust to new routines or family roles
Overwhelmed by sadness or big emotions
Our counselors use conversation, creative play, and practical strategies to help kids process what they’re going through in ways that feel safe and natural.
Ages Served
Our counseling services are available for children and teens ages 8 and up.
Kids and teens need a place where they can share what’s on their hearts without fear of judgment. Our counselors walk alongside them as they navigate grief, medical stress, anxiety, or tough life changes, helping them feel understood, supported, and more in control.
